PRZENCE (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website przence.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We are based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, and we handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
Information you give us directly
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Booking a call: your name, email address, and the time slot you select. Bookings are handled by Cal.com.
- Email: anything you choose to send us at contact@przence.com.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or health information through these channels.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: if analytics are enabled on this site, we may collect aggregated data such as pages visited, approximate region, browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you personally.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data, including IP addresses, for security and performance purposes.
Why we collect it
We use your information only for the following purposes:
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To schedule, confirm, and prepare for a call you have booked.
- To provide services you have asked us to provide.
- To improve the website and understand how it is used.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask to be added.

Cookies

How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards for the period required by Canadian tax and accounting rules.
- Analytics data: retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.
How we protect it
The site uses HTTPS encryption. Access to our email and form submissions is protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. Access is limited to people who need it to do the work.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal obligation we have to keep it.
- Withdraw consent for future contact at any time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
